Sifa Alani is a NPC that upgrades Ambuscade equipment in return for Abdhaljs materials and Pulse weapons from various stages of content.

• Abdhaljs Gems come from Wildskeeper, ISNM T1, and Rogue 4.
• Abdhaljs Animas come from Generals & HNM Besieged, ISNM T1, Rogue 4, and VWNMs T3.
• Abdhaljs Matters come from Escha Ru'Aun Warders,Escha Ru'Aun Ark Angels, Escha Ru'Aun Heavenly Beasts
• Abdhaljs Metals come from ISNM T1.
• Abdhaljs Fibers come from NSANM Scorpions.
• Pulse Panoplia come from Escha Zi'Tah Tier 3 Bosses, Aello, Uptala, A Stygian Pact, and TBD.

Sulevia & Hizamaru Armors are in Limbus.
Jhakri, Meghanada, & Inyanga Armors are in the second tier ISNMs.
